What to write to us about

• You run a hospital or clinic. Tell us its size and what you use today, and we will arrange a walkthrough.
• You are a member of staff at a hospital that uses SuperDoc. Your hospital's administrator is the quickest route for a login or access question. For anything else, write to us.
• You are a patient. Your record is held by the hospital that treated you, so please contact the hospital. If you cannot reach it, write to us and we will point you to the right person.
• You received an email from SuperDoc that you did not expect. Forward it to us and we will stop it. See how we send email.
• You have found a security problem. Please write to us before telling anyone else, with enough detail for us to reproduce it. We will reply within two working days.
